After exactly 2 months, the baby boy born on July 4, 2009 was named. Apparently, one should name either in the first month or the third month of the lunar calendar. Since first month is too early for the new baby, we decided to have it just on the brink of the beginning of the third month.We had done a few shortlists like earlier and the names that found favour were short names, easy names and somewhat synonymous names. Some folks asked me if I had bought the Hindu baby names book by Maneka Gandhi, which seems to be a lot popular. Well, we did not and relied more on some search on the net plus some search in our brains.
Couple of names that we shortlisted were Soham and Ninad. But eventually we imagined the baby boy to be ..

We named him "Deep" !
